The air end includes two separate compression units and a big rotor that rotates slowly. It has high efficiency, low noise, low vibration, and high reliability, as well as a low compression ratio in each stage, less leakage, and increased volume efficiency. Two units carry the load at the same time and with the same power, decreasing stress on each bearing and increasing the part's life.
The motors are permanent magnet motors with an IP54 rating for great efficiency and energy conservation. They've been picked with care to fulfill the requirements of air compressor applications. In order to optimize motor efficiency and power factors while the motor is loaded, both torque and load must meet a specified design criterion. In comparison to other motors, the increased coefficient provides a 5 to 8% advantage.
